Freedom of information
The Trust is obliged under Section 19 of the Freedom of Information Act to adopt an approved publication scheme with the intention of ensuring that certain kinds of information routinely available to the public.
The Information Commissioner Office, the body which oversees implementation of the FoI Act has now approved (under section 20 of the Act) a model scheme which is suitable for every public authority to adopt with effect from 1st January 2009.
The Trust is publishing information in accordance with this scheme.
