Paul’s Eastender Archive comprises of black and white photographs taken from the early 70’s through to 1990 depicting the diverse and changing cultural face of Spitalfields, Bethnal Green and Whitechapel.
These iconic photographs capture a vanished world of inner city London in which charismatic children play with old prams and television sets in the streets of the East End. The pictures are a nostalgic glimpse at life 35 years ago in multi-cultural Brick Lane.
