The Staff Bank helps fill temporary requirements across the Trust. We are constantly looking to recruit to our staff bank, be it current substantive staff interested in working more hours, or external staff working through our bank only. We regularly advertise for staff bank positions on our website.
The Staff Bank covers all areas of the Trust and our members range from Nursing staff, Midwives, Allied Health Professionals and Administration & Clerical staff. Some of our staff have substantive posts, and some who just work solely for the bank. All bank staff are welcomed as part of the team.
We see our Staff Bank as integral to the success of the organisation, and we are committed to support them as much as possible.
Staff Bank positions are advertised on the Homerton website. Shortlisting, assessments and interviews are facilitated by the Staff Bank team, utilising relevant clinical and department staff. We are unable to sponsor candidates for our Staff Bank unfortunately.
All staff, external and internal, will be signed on using an agreed checklist and given a members’ handbook. All staff signing on the Staff Bank will be required to sign our terms and conditions.
Employee Online is accessible from outside of the organisation by any device connected to the internet. You can use Employee Online to request annual leave, view your roster and directly book yourself into vacant bank duties.
