It provides rehabilitation to patients who have undergone planned and emergency joint replacement and orthopaedic surgery.

This is an outreach service and patients can be visited at home following surgery to continue rehabilitation.

Specialist areas

• trauma and orthopaedics - hip and knee only
• physiotherapy and occupational therapy.

Making an appointment

This service is only available to inpatients and outpatients at Homerton.
