Key Working
The Key Working Team provide a service to children with complex health and social care needs through allocated Key Workers. They help families to co-ordinate services from all the agencies involved in caring for and supporting the child. This helps them find their way round the system to ensure families do not have to repeat their child’s history to several different professionals.
