Patient feedback questionaire

We would like to thank you for taking part in the questionnaire. Our aim is to be able to improve the service we provide in outpatients and listen to patients to find out how they think this should be done.

The questionnaire patients completed covered main outpatients, anti-coagulation clinic, fracture clinic, women’s outpatients, ante-natal clinic, and starlight (children’s outpatients) and from your comments we are working with our staff to implement recommendations.
