If you have answered ‘YES’ to any of the questions above, please DO NOT attend the department.
Please phone the number on your appointment letter to reschedule you appointment or replace your face-to-face appointment with a telephone consultation.

Mask and face covering

Please use a face covering to cover your mouth and nose while on Trust premises. There are disposable masks at all patient entrances. |
Hands |
Please make use of the hand sanitiser on arrival and departure at each entrance point in the hospital. Wash your hands frequently for 20 seconds each time. You should do this at home, before coming into the hospital and regularly when you are here, for example after touching your face or using the toilet. |
Appointment times |
Please do not come in until 15 minutes before your allocated time slot, to ensure there is enough space to follow social distancing in our outpatient areas. |
Visitors |
Visiting is restricted in our hospital, so please come to your appointment alone as this will reduce the risk to you and others. If you cannot come in on your own and require a carer for assistance, please bring one adult only. This person will also need to have been symptom-free for 14 days. |
Space |
Please keep 2 metres apart from other people wherever possible. Please keep to the LEFT in the corridors |
