Pathology user surveys

It is an essential prerequisite of a quality service that the organisation and management of the laboratory relates to the needs and requirements of its users.

The purpose of assessing user satisfaction and monitoring complaints is to establish that the service provided by the laboratory meets the needs and requirements of the people who use the service.


We regularly conduct user satisfaction surveys and report on the findings – see links opposite.
We review those findings and make improvements to the Pathology service accordingly.
