Consultant Outpatients Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Service

A team a physiotherapists that receive referrals from Trauma and Orthopaedics, Rheumatology, Oral Maxilliofacial, Sports Clinic and A&E departments.

Face to face, virtual and group class appointments offered. 

We are a small team lead by Specialist Occupational Therapists that assess and treat a wide range of hand conditions. We accept adult patient referrals from Virtual fracture clinic, Orthopaedics and Rheumatology consultants based at Homerton Hospital.

We provide advanced assessment of bony and soft tissue injury working with patients to develop a treatment plan that enables them to maximise their hand function.

Treatment includes education, provision of exercises, splinting, advice on activity modification.

Most appointments are face to face, however virtual appointments can be offered in certain instances for patient convenience.  

A team of physiotherapists that receive referrals from Midwives, GPs and the Community Continence Service.

The team manages patients with a range of uro-gynae and colorectal conditions, as well as obstetric ante-natal and post-natal patients.

Face to face and virtual appointments offered. 

A small team of physiotherapists that recieve referrals from Paediatric Consultants from Homerton Hospital and GP's within the local area. This may include referrals from general paediatricians, Orthopaedics or Rheumatology.

The patient group ranges from new-borns to 16 years old.
