Speak to PALS for help resolving problems and concerns that you, your relative and carers may have. The service provides confidential, on the-spot advice, support and information. The service will resolve enquiries within 10 days.
If you are not able to resolve your concern with a member of the team caring for you or with PALS, you can make a formal complaint.
The service can be contacted Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
Your complaint will be formally investigated and we will endeavour to respond to you within 30 working days.
