Do you want to achieve any of the following; make a difference, gain experience by volunteering in a busy healthcare setting, give something back, learn new skills or meet new people?  If you do then you can reach any one of these goals by volunteering to join the team of Homerton Helpers.

Introducing Homerton Helpers

Volunteers come from all sections of the community and have different motivations for getting involved. But they all have one thing in common – a commitment to give their time for free to improve patients’ experience of their hospital stay.

“Hospitals can be pretty daunting places for many of us. Our fantastic team of volunteers make such a difference. They provide a friendly face and extra support to ensure patients and visitors feel welcome and comfortable. They are the heartbeat of our organisation” Louise Ashley, Chief Executive.
