Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership (MNVP)

Our Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership is a service user-led group that brings together service users, staff and other stakeholders to plan, review and improve maternity and neonatal care. We listen to women, birthing people, partners and their families to ensure that those voices are at the heart of decision-making in maternity and neonatal services by being embedded within the service, trust and feeding into the Local Maternity and Neonatal System (LMNS). This influences improvements in the safety, quality and experience of maternity and neonatal care.

MNVP members 

Members include:  women, birthing people, partners and families from a variety of communities, cultures and backgrounds that reflect the diversity of our local population. Our MNVP  also includes midwives, nurses, health visitors, consultants, obs & gynae staff and managers.  Members of the wider community such as birth workers and charities play an active role in our MNVP too.
