Consultant Outpatient Physiotherapy Service
Our Outpatient Physiotherapy Service is based in the yellow corridoor.
This service consists of a number of teams working closely together including; Adults MSK, Paediatrics, Pelvic Health and Hand therapy.
Consultant Outpatient Physiotherapy (Adults)
A team a physiotherapists that receive referrals from Trauma and Orthopaedics, Rheumatology, Oral Maxilliofacial, Sports Clinic and A&E departments.
Face to face, virtual and group class appointments offered.
Hand Therapy
A small team lead by Specialist Occupational Therapists that receive adult patient referrals from Trauma and Orthopaedics, Rheumatology, Sports Clinic and A&E departments.
Face to face and virtual appointments offered.
Pelvic Health
A team of physiotherapists that receive referrals from Midwives, GPs and the Community Continence Service.
The team manages patients with a range of uro-gynae and colorectal conditions, as well as obstetric ante-natal and post-natal patients.
Face to face and virtual appointments offered.
Paediatric Outpatient Physiotherapy
A small team of physiotherapists that recieve referrals from Paediatric Consultants from Homerton Hospital and GP's within the local area. This may include referrals from general paediatricians, Orthopaedics or Rheumatology.
The patient group ranges from new-borns to 16 years old.
