Trustee responsibility
The Trustees of the charity are responsible for managing the charitable fund. Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is the co-operate trustee of the charity. Therefore, the directors who serve the NHS Foundation Trust act as the trustees to the charity
Trustee membership and charity support
The Trustees are made up of the Tom Nettel - Deputy CEO and Chief Delivery Officer, Chairman, Chief Finance Officer, Chief Medical Officer and a Non-Executive Director. We also have a Charity Manager and Charitable Accountant.
Day-to-day management
The Charity Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and control of the administration of the charitable fund and the Charitable Funds Committee Meetings are chaired by the Chair.
