New interactive digital maps to help you get to the right place quickly and easily
Get clear directions to different departments and locations at Homerton University Hospital with our new interactive digital map screens.
We know hospitals can feel difficult to navigate sometimes, so we’ve introduced digital map screens to make finding your way around simple. You’ll find them:
- inside the main entrance
- at the back entrance along the same corridor
- in the canteen on the first floor
These digital maps were developed in partnership with Techniform Graphics Ltd and let you search for any department or location and show you a clear route from where you are.
If you’d like to test out our new digital map, you can see access it on your computer or phone here (routes will be shown from the main entrance when accessing the map directly via the link).
How to use the digital map
- Find a place: Type the name into the search box or pick from the drop-down list.
- Accessible route: Switch this on to only display accessible directions
- Get your route: Select your destination and follow the green line on the map.
- Take it with you: Tap the share button, scan the QR code with your phone, and the directions will be loaded to your phone screen.

We’re working hard to make the digital maps even better and as accurate and as easy to use as possible, including adding more natural directions so they’re easy to follow and adding translation options so you can access it in your preferred language.
