‘Shaping Our Future, Together’, the programme of work to develop our new Trust strategy, launched in March and we are really excited to hear your views on what we do over the next five years, and how we do it.
We have launched the ‘Shaping Our Future, Together’ survey this week – a short survey that will help us understand your views about the Trust and how we provide care. The survey is open to all our patients, their families, those who live and work in our community, and all our people that work here
